Ray White Nowra NSW

We had Ray white nowra manage a property for us and I use the word manage very loosely. The place was trashed over a 12 mth period. When neighbours contacted us and told us what was happening at our property, the property manager denied that was the case. When we asked to inspect our own property we got nothing but obstacles. When we told Ray White we were not going to re new the lease they could not get the tenant out. When we finally got into our house it had not been cleaned from months, there were spider webs everywhere dirt piled up, and damage to the house. There had been dogs living in the house, even though no approval was ever given. There had been horses on the property that had damaged fences, again no approval. When we contacted the property manager, she claimed she had been to the property and there were no horses, even though neighbours sending us photos of the horses. If Ray White did carry out the inspections they claim, you would need to ask then more questions. We will never deal with Ray White Nowra again.

I found Caitlin to be so helpful and just so eager to help with everything we needed to do. This was our first time dealing with Ray White, and it was fantastic it made my mum's move so easy. Also, I would like to thank Chloe as well, as she was also fantastic to deal with. Thank you
