Ben is a complete professional, his knowledge of the area real estate property is fantastic, he was very open and honest in our pre contract discussions, he delivered on everything he said, he achieved the price we required for our house, i would gladly recommend him to anyone selling their house, he gives real estate agents a good name and i like to believe i have made a friend of Ben.

It is incredible that such a big company dedicates it's time to harass their customers and make unreasonable monetary claims. Terrible to deal with. Never rent with them. Returning the property has become the worst nightmare.
If you ever have to rent with them make sure you do a forensic incoming inspection because they will try to claim as much as you can from your bond.

Quick and Efficient sale
We chose to go with Ben from Ray White because he offered the opportunity for a quick no hassle sale. He explained the process well and was on top of what was happening in our area. He was able to contact potential buyers and arrange an inspection/offer. We sold our property above the price we were expecting within a couple of weeks of signing with Ray White. All this during the increased restrictions due to Covid 19. Very happy with Ben Boutros.
