Toby was truly exceptional.
Toby knocked on our door one day, at first sight he looked very shy but extremely courteous and well presented, he very politely and I never felt pressured into selling or appointing Toby as my agent.
Toby was always available on the phone and within a week sent us a calendar schedule of the open houses and the Auction date.
The open houses (although daunting, especially when you must leave your home to complete strangers) was a very easy process with Toby who always turned up on time and well ahead of the potential buyers.

After 20 days on the market Toby proudly told us that our house was sold at a record price for a 3 br, 1 bathroom in our area.

Just have to say, Noeline has been an amazing property manager! While I was renting for 2 years, Noeline was my property manager and her knowledge was just an abundance of useful facts and really easy to contact with any issues or concerns. Would recommend her to any landlord if they want to have their property managed by someone reliable, trustworthy and a person of action.

Communication and responses are absolutely terrible for renting tenants.
Been with this company for a few years now and it has been the same issues the whole time. I’m so disappointed that none of the simple issues such as a broken step that is a major safety issue for anyone stepping in and out of our house and a disgusting unpainted wall from an air conditioner being changed over that I have mentioned and shown proof of at my multiple previous inspections before have still not been rectified.
Currently dealing with a leaking hot water system and their out of hours preferred plumber feels the need to let me know that it’s not fair for the owners of the property to have to pay extra for someone to come out and fix it as it’s out of hours and I should just wait. No one is going to compensate my water bill or electricity bill from the hot water system constantly leaking and re-heating, are they?
Mind you, this hot water system is not even 6 months old.
