I regret giving my house to Ibrahim to sell it for me put a lot of pressure on me to sell it for very cheap price I wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! The worst rental management, and customer service I have ever experienced in my life!

This 5 year old house has been under the “management” of Ray White MacArthur since new and they believe in their words, “ we are of the opinion that the tenants handed back the property in a reasonable state”. Every wall of the home has been patch rolled with the wrong colour paint from the tenants to cover damage during their tenancy, due to this, all walls of the home required repainting to rectify the damage.

As their opinion is this is a “reasonable state” They have handed back the entire bond to the tenant, and have also rejected to contribute to any of the repainting of walls due to their lack of management during their management where we could of recovered some costs of the required repainting from the bond.

From selling our home through ray white in 2020 to renting 3 properties i have experienced nothing but exceptional service from Kane Totten, Jaide Gore & Stacey Jackson. Abdul is also an employee who goes above and beyond when we were looking at buying another home this year. Unfortunately we found our perfect home through another real estate however i do wish it was ray white. I highly recomend this company and their professional services.

Abdul Elmir, from Ray White, is an impressive young professional who has a sound knowledge of the current market. Abdul created a marketing strategy that attracted a solid interest for my unrenovated property in Casula. Thanks to Yasir’s hard efforts we found our beautiful first home! From the start Yasir asked what we were looking for and helped us the whole way. He would call every few days and check in, he took us to multiple properties at times that suited us (weekends/ after hours). He is a very honest real estate agent and wasn’t pushy on making a sale! I will definitely be calling Yasir again when it’s time to buy again 5 star

I would say the most incompetent rental agency that you would in the south west region of Sydney. I cannot say about other areas.

They manage a number of properties so that they cannot look after their tenants and property owners alike. If you raise something with them, they hide behind their processes for their lack of services.

Blunders that they have made along the way:

Didn't execute the rental agreement that allowed the tenants to leave in the middle of December.

There is no sense of urgency to rent your property. You will lose out on weeks of rent due to sheer incompetence and lethargy.

If they tell you tell you that the property would go for say $500 (not consistent with the market), then after a lacklustre first week, they would ask you drop by 10%. The initial price or potential rental to reel you in and then you will get the shock. Over promise under deliver.

During the week, they only do open homes when they are in that area which means you miss out on a number of good applications because very few people can take time off during the middle of the day.

When they think that they would lose your business, then they would try to remedy the situation by giving you a candy but they won't back that up with actual service.

Incompetent, inefficient and careless.

Recently dealt with Josh while purchasing a property, although there was a few hiccups along the way, Josh was always available whenever we need him.

Have been trying to contact them for months on months to inspect properties they have for rent and THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! I’ve rang over 15 times with no answer, no call backs, no response to emails, no response when I put in applications to inspect properties! It’s absolutely ridiculous, these people should not be in this industry! As a real estate agent myself, never have I seen this from any real estate practice and it’s absolutely appalling!

Get better staff!

Recently purchased property which was listed by Ray and White Macarthur.
We were served by the real estate agent Abdul Kourouche.

We have found him very helpful, polite, professional and mostly very good at communicating. The first inspection we did he made us feel comfortable and on the same day when we put the offer, the paper work was done by 6.30 pm. In about 3 hours of inspecting the property to receive the service so quick we were very impressed.

We also had to ring him time and again to ensure few things and he was available every single time which sets an impression of how dedicated and time managed he was at his work.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Abdul to us and helping us to getting our beautiful house.

We wish him and the team all the best and to keep doing the great job for the upcoming days.

By far the worst experience with raywhite had nothing but drama the will let you live in mouldy house and the get the properties painted and release then out again don't fix any problems at all email and call and leave messages but cant return any of them absolute joke if you want to be sick and live in one of these properties just rent with Ray white!

What an amazing human, Omar was fantastic. He always remained so positive and reassuring and achieved an impossible result amid all the forecasts pig gloom and doom in the housing market. We were verrry fortunate to have he and his team on board to sell our house. What a wonderful human is Mohammed. He arrived at our doorstep full of confidence and positive energy ready to deliver the impossible, to sell our house amid all the forecasts pig gloom and doom. He and and his team were amazing. Absolutely worst experience with them. After 8 years renting with them they said the owner wants the house back to knock down to now see it is up for rent. Caitlin Barker is the worst property manager ever she is rude, lies about things and then had the hid to me rude to me and my partner on the phone.

I have purchased several properties with Ray white Macarthur Group Campbelltown, but the two of the properties I recently purchased were with Georgia Mcfadden. I cannot thank her enough with the excellent services she provided me. Georgia is the real deal, and I could not be happier with her work. She is a ‘Doer’, task, and people-oriented person. I have dealt with many real estate agents, but Georgia is one of a kind, she goes above and beyond. Georgia is passionate with what she does and loves to help people. Georgia is a lady who is bound by her words and does what she says. She has communicated consistently and professionally throughout my dealings with her, and I strongly commend her for your next property sale or purchase. I certainly know who I will call for my next project. Thank you, Georgia, you were superb!

Ibrahim Merjan sold our property, we can not begin to express how happy we are with Ibrahim service and the team. Ibrahim always kept us upto date with the selling process and new buyers. Went to an open house and gave my number. Since then they have been calling me continuously - I have requested on multiple occasions not to call me but no they will keep ringing after every 2 weeks.

I had to put 1 star however even this is being generous.

We had the absolute worst experience with this real estate.

Our home was advertised as ‘a charming home which offers a life of comfort and leisure with nothing for you to do except move in and relax’. Well this was extremely false and a complete lie. We have already outlaid $1000’s to fix problems that would have been existing long before buying but could not be picked up on the building inspection.

Trying to contact them throughout the sale was a nightmare, we never got any responses, constantly having to chase up answers, we were told multiple lies & trying to organise inspections was impossible. They also changed the settlement date the day before however “forgot” to tell us or our bank about this change.

After being asked for feedback on our experience, I received a phone call from the Head of Recruitment to discuss my feedback and in which she did not ask me any questions except said she found the complaint surprising because they were supposedly the best sales agents in the area, she then giggled throughout the phone call, then hung up on me. I found her extremely unprofessional and didn’t take me seriously at all.

I would not recommend their services & they should be ashamed in the way they treat customers.

Steven Harrison, you are rude arrogant and have no idea of how to communicate! Read your reviews they all hit the same point about your ignorant behaviour as a salesman, no insight given into offers made, we also like others on his reviews tried to make an offer to only get no response. Unfortunately for the owner our final offer was never relayed to them. Good luck with getting those future customers even if you don’t get the first house that buyer is a customer for another vendor. Arrogant man!

Steve is the WORST real estate agent I have ever had the misfortune of meeting.
After making offer on a house I had to call him to follow-up nearly 24 hours later.
Steve did not give any insight on the offers that were made, making it very difficult to try and match or offer a higher price.
If you have the opportunity to purchase a house elsewhere it's probably a great idea.
