If you don’t want to waste your time and money when buying a property, don’t deal with Gerry Ricco. He severely underquoted a property by $350,000. There is no doubt in my mind that he knew he was going to get the higher price and already had a buyer and he led us to believe that we were in with a chance. We won’t be doing business with him ever again and have advised friends and relatives to stay away from him and his dodgy practices. He needs to be investigated by NSW Fair Trading.

What ever you do not do any business with Gerardo (Gerry) Ricco.massively underquoted by $350k. Wasted my time and money. This agent is a crook and has the nerve to tell me he will find me an off market property after the auction finished. Stay away I will tell all my family and friends not to do business with a crook agent.
