My experience with Ray White exceeded my expectation. Although initially dealing with Jake I also had communications with some of the ladies in administration, and I can whole heartedly say every single interaction was efficient, respectful, honest, and as a “customer/client” I felt extremely valued. Having used many real estates for rental, buying and selling around Australia we found Ray White Grafton and Jake to be the best we have experienced. I want to note I have used other real estates in Grafton, and had interactions with many. I knew immediately after speaking with Jake we were going to choose Ray White.

Entering the rental/ tenancy market was smooth and easy since they want your money. Leaving the company and rental was an unprofessional dumpster fire, all the verbal agreements made between multiple women working at Ray White Grafton were disregarded, the rental was altered from their ingoing inspection to begin with, with things missing, relocated and the amount of dust, dirt and cobwebs that accumulated that they apparently completely missed. Do not recommend being a tenant for Ray White Grafton.
