Ray White Freshwater reviews
23 This is the second home that Bernard, Graham and the team at Ray White Freshwater have sold for my family. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The current sale has been a long and exhaustive process for myself and I'm sure for Bernard. The house was originally listed for sale in February this year. Unfortunately disaster struck, a burst hot water pipe in the kitchen which resulted in extensive damage to the kitchen cabinets and the timber flooring in the adjacent rooms.
Bernard performed, in what I consider, above and beyond the call of duty. He kept in contact with me during the repairs. When the existing flooring product could not be sourced, he suggested an alternative, which in retrospect has added to the appeal of the house.
After all the repairs had been completed, the house was put back on the market in August. During the four weeks the house was on the market, I was pleasantly surprised at the number people viewing the house on open days. The marketing for the house was spot on.
My wife and I are pleased with the sale outcome, especially in these uncertain times.
We were very happy with dealing with Ray White. Bernard and Zahlia were really accommodating arranging a special viewing and answering many, many questions especially during the final stages. It was a pleasant experience despite the unknown of buying at the beginning of a slow down in the market.
The roof came off our rental property in the storm on the Northern Beaches on 19th December and landed in our swimming pool, luckily no one was killed and we found ourselves homeless 5 days before Christmas. Fi Richardson came round with the insurance company and told me, in front of my family and the insurance company that it was "liveable downstairs". This basically sums up the 7 years that we rented the house and the 3 years Ray White Freshwater managed it. I'm sure within the law they did everything correctly, however, as decent human beings it was quite unbelievable. The one star I have given is because it doesn't allow zero stars.
