Recently dealt with RW Partners in the sale of my brother's deceased estate. I live 400km from Sydney and Nassa was brilliant in keeping me informed through every step of the sale and was very honest and open through the process. Her outgoing, friendly nature made it easy for us to feel comfortable and confident in trusting her to provide rental options within our budget and needs. Its quiet hilarious that they paid people to write 5 star reviews. If you have ever dealt with the rental team, especially Sabrina you will know they deserve a minus 5 star review, she is so rude and completely unprofessional I don't even know how she still has a job. NEVER rent through them! Save your time, energy and sanity!

The worst and very rude person to deal with is Sabrina. Dont bother asking her to do anything as she will you either give you a very blunt or unfriendly answer.

Trying to deal with this office for even the most simple of tasks is excruciatingly painful. The staff, particularly "Sabrina", is continuously rude despite our best efforts to remain friendly to her. I cannot recommend anyone deal with this company - I thought Ray White would be better than this.

Unpleasant and unprofessional
Lease ended and we were going by week to week as per agreed via landlord.
Raimond Caletta altered the names of the tenants on our lease to falsify documentation and was rudely condescending to my carer/partner without reason only due to him not doing his job accordingly
