I had been looking to buy a place around the Inner West for about 16 months and kept bumping into Ercan every other weekend. He knew a lot about the market and even more about the houses. He has a really good memory and I would consider him an expert on the Inner West. He was polite, funny and really helpful. We didn't engage them but have dealt with them recently to notice some interesting practices
- they set the price guide for an apartment at 1.3 but then a Sydney Morning Herald article later stated it was 1.4 when the reserve was 1.5
- their CRM systems must not talk very well as we've been contacted with irrelevant info
- their agents are not well versed in the property at inspection

*update* didn't receive that phone call from Ercan (despite what he said below), still receiving irrelevant text messages, insurance upsell and emails

**further update** I received a tele-marketer call from 7209 2014 from Ray White even though I never engaged them
