The sale of our family home after 34 years was a big decision. Despite the presence of Covid19 and the full lockdown our home sold on the viewing day.
The team were amazing, photos, video, really showed our house at its true value as a family home. Nothing was a problem. We were just speechless as to the amount at which it was sold. As it were, it sold at $95,000 above the agent’s valuation. Whoopee do!
We cannot speak highly enough of the team’s professionalism and how hard they worked in securing the sale.

Hi! My name is Kirsty. I was looking for a property for my elderly father to move in. Unfortunatelythat fell duringthe covid lockdown 2021. We finally found a decent place at Colyton and moved him in today! I want to say Thanks to Tia at LJH Colyton who was very helpful and accommodating in ensuring a smooth covid safe viewing and move in. We still have a few outstanding items to resolve but prior to today Tia went above and beyond my expectations to ensure as smooth a process as possible in this exceedingly difficult time.
