Professional and Efficient team
Peter and Teresa are excellent communicators. The team at Ray White Carlingford worked extremely hard to find us a tenant. They are very professional and made our property a high priority.

Selling is stressful, but this Team kept positive (and also us positive) and worked silently in the background whilst also keeping us up to date at all stages making the sale happen.

Worst agent I ever dealt with. Reported roof leak more than 10 times, never got fixed, heavy rain water going in the apartment from the ceiling, and stair way full of water in the entire building, according to neighbor, owner has relationship with agent and got covered up. Eventually they raised the rent 50% to force us move. Seriously unethical, council and fair trading should investigate this agent for unethical trades.

The staff at Ray White Carlingford is very professional and are able to guide and help to perfect detail. I had interactions with Peter Gow, Lleyton and the property Manager Martina who were all very pleasant to interact and thorough with the information and advise.
