We chose George to sell our home as he was professional and friendly from the beginning. He clearly explained the marketing campaign and communication was regular and open. He went to the trouble of contacting both myself and my husband. With interest rates rising and the state of the market it was quite scary going into auction, but George worked fantastically with Brian the auctioneer to get us the best price in the current market. The Rental property manager had an appointment for the inspection early morning. I was nearly on my way to the property. Less than 5 mins to the appointment time, the appointment got canceled.
Not happy as I had to drive back home.
George followed up with the issue and was friendly and requested of what can be done to resolve the issue. Happy to hear back from him. He looked to have handled the situation by getting in touch with the customers.

From a buyer’s perspective in this current market, found George’s communications quite poor. The care and professionalism towards the buyers definitely isn’t the priority, I suppose in this market buyers are in need but wasn’t expecting such behaviour from an experienced real estate firm. If you are selling, look for another real estate agent to maximise full potentials of all buyers as George wasn’t able to get me an inspection after a week of chasing him.

(Response to comment below - George didn’t respond to my calls, texts and email at all and failed to get me an inspection so I wasn’t given an opportunity to physically inspect the property, so didn’t even reach to mask wearing point)

George was professional, courteous and caring during the difficult process of selling our parents home. He made a specific visit to meet our mum and speak with her about the process, apart from dealing with us. He was great with instant feedback and honest opinions. He never overinflated the estimate and the property ended up being a record sale in the Beverly Hills area. I would definitely recommend him and his team.
