Recently I came to Albury to conduct the annual review of my Rental property. I met Jacinta Harrap who is my Agent from Ray White Albury Albury North on site on the Saturday morning only to discover that we didn't have access to the property. My trip from interstate looked like it was going to be wasted. Jacinta then did some amazing follow up work with the tenants and organized an open for inspection for Sunday afternoon, so I was able to do a complete inspection. She went above and beyond and I am so grateful for this, nothing was too much trouble. When you own an investment property (especially interstate) there is an element of risk. Having the right agent is critical to the success of such a venture and Jacinta Harrap has been central to this success and I cant thank you enough! After a suggestion to lease my property with Ray White, I enquired. I had no clue about what to do as I haven’t previously leased a property so I didn’t know what to expect.

I had an appraisal appointment with Jacinta to show her my house the next day! That was great!

I explained my current situation & the timing around things, about moving into my new house and she said no worries!
We set out a plan & Jacinta leased my property super quick and it was such a smooth process, nothing was a hassle for her.

She did everything in a very professional way. No question I asked was too stupid for her & she was always pleasant with her responses.

Jacinta has been absolutely amazing with helping us find a residential property. We are relocating from another city and have had limited times to inspect properties.
