Knowledgable team & excellent communication. Very helpfull when it came to trying to find a farm block.

Very unprofessional and very poor communication. I would not list my house with these people. They do not respond to enquiries and do not bother to show up to organised house inspections. Open house inspections are scheduled and cancelled without warning.

I would never consider listing with this agent.
I arranged to view one of their properties and the agent was over 45min late.
Then l contacted them several times about another property and they never got back to me.
I then went to the advertised open house for the property only to see a sign on the for sale sign saying the open house had been cancelled. I had checked the online listing before leaving and there was no mention of it being cancelled. I checked again when l was parked out the front of the property and it still wasn't listed as cancelled.
There was a number to call in regards to the property listed on the cancelled sign which l called, no answer.
Seems like terrible service and l don't think they would even come close to earning their sales commission.

The guy I had the pleasure in dealing with was very polite and very thorough in the work he did for us.

Dont give time to clean up once moved out told them not in writing we are moving on the set date they expected keys back that said set date didnt dive time to clean or fix anything up, did drive by inspections and photos of home set up allows trade ppl in home when not there and they snoop threw your things hayley hackett is the worst property manager in there! Rips you off not giving chance to fix or clean anything takes bonds threaten to tica if not paid rest witch is not part of the cleaning to paint 17 walls pifft walls were cleaned by a so called pro cleaner.stay away from hayley hackett as a property manager

The guys at Ray White are fantastic.we have been renting with them for over a year now.when we had internet trouble the whole estate agency was helping us with telstra and optus to try and get any internet on at all. Vickie Avengard is the best Property manager we have ever had i could recomend her high enough and a fantastic personality too!
