Rawson homes charge very high quality poor, caddens land release on 2023 and they ask almost double price for land. So they take now all price hike for the next two years. So brilliant. Scam of Rawson homes.

We received the stage 5 invoice for our Rawson house and land package in late July 2019 after only 3.5 months after the foundation/slab was poured but then they took 6.5 months to handover. So for 6.5 months we were paying rent while paying interest only repayments on the building loan. At that point Rawson have collected 90% of the contract value and have zero interest in completing the build in a timely manner. My house had more progress than the other houses on the street, but they then handed my project over to two incompetent site superviser and the build was not completed before Christmas while my neighbour's were able to move in before Christmas. (Same model and size build. Later start date. Moved in before us.). No explanation from Rawson. No apologies. No compensation. Poor processes and non existent standard. Build quality very average. Look elsewhere.
