3Paid money for a tender, based on a price estimate received from their sales rep at Googong display, based on our custom design. Tender price was 34% more than the original price estimate. We parted with our money thinking this is a viable option for us, but turned out to be huge disappointment. Not happy.
Currently dealing with Sean Williams in the display centre & he has been nothing but patient, upfront & helpful with all of his dealings with us so far. Extremely knowledgeable in the product & there's very few answers he doesn't have. I've been in real estate 13 years so I've been around my fair share of salespeople & he is a standout amongst them, I would highly recommend Sean & Rawson if you're considering a new home.
Rad was extremely helpful and assisted us in explaining the kind of block we required to build our forever house on. He was very patient and was happy to create several plans on the block. Even before we went ahead with block purchase Rad was quick to answer emails and have a design placed on block within the day so we could proceed with land purchase.
