Wish I could give them "ZERO". They are not trustworthy builders and unreliable builders. Never buy house with them. They dont stick their words and make sure you have everything in writing. I was promised something orally and forgot to take it writing and these unworthy people refuse to accept what was agreed. They change plans and items at their will and force us to accept it. Project delays runned by untrustworthy site manager and admin people

Bad experience.wish I did not buy from them. Stay away from these bad people

Rawson your feedback is false.no one from construction team called back and spoke to me. I am still waiting for someone to give me a call and fix the issues which was agreed orally. DId the final inspection with few defects. The final product comes with No blinds. Site supervisor says Rawson houses comes with no blinds which was never informed to me. What a ripper. Now it will cost me more for - Landscaping & blinds

Do not build with Rawson Homes, they in no way care about you their 'customer'. They are just going about their day casually and if your house gets little or no work that week, no one cares. NB. They automatically plan to complete the house at the maximum time period of 42+ weeks in the contract, not as efficiently as possible. Get another builder who will try and get your house done more quickly and save you rent. There is a Wisdom Homes house done the street moving twice as fast.

I BUILT A HOUSE WITH RAWSON HOMES 3 YEARS AGO AND STILL HAVE ISSUES WITH ALMOST EVERYTHING. FAIR TRADING WAS CALLED AND PROVIDED RAWSON WITH A RECTIFICATION ORDER AND WE STILL HAVE FLOORS THAT CREAK AND NOW WE HAVE A CORRODED GARAGE DOOR THAT WONT BE WARRANTED BECAUSE IT WASN'T "MAINTAINED CORRECTLY. " THE FUNNY THING IS WE HAVE 2 SINGLE GARAGE DOORS BUT ONLY ONE CORRODED.
DO NOT BUILD A HOME WITH RAWSON. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

These guys are a disgusting they dumped all the constuction waste material on my vacant block of land in on Zornia st Denham Court Willowdale> they trespassed my land and they will not remove the waste. I called the site manager and he denid they did did even though my neighbour saw them doi it. The company is totally unprofessional!

Extremely unhappy with the whole process of building a new home with Rawson. From start to finish, was a complete mess. Poor workmanship, slow, scratches on tiles and in cupboards, bent windows, re-ordering of parts for bathrooms. It was a continuous hardship on my family to go through building this home. Continuous stress and anxiety for the last 3 years. I would never recommend this building company and am thankful that we finally have the keys (after 3 long long years of waiting).
Thanks Rawson for making this whole process of building our dream home a disaster.

Major errors in workmanship, bent window frames, scratches on tiles, wrong parts ordered for bathrooms.

Poor designs: the bathroom tiles have an offset with the adjacent rooms by 60mm, major tripping hazard. Windows built within closets.of what use is a window in a closet?

Unprofessional: our keys were given and we step into our new home littered with dirt, dust and insects.

Disgrace of a company with zero ethics and far too many underqualified subcontractors being sourced for work beyond their skillset.
Management and administration are skilled liars and manipulators with no respect for their client.
Be prepared for years of sleepless nights filled with endless anxiety and regret.

Very awful experience with Rawson. Delays, faulty materials and poor workmanship. Moreover, this company promotes the unethical conducts by misleading and deceiving its clients. Please never choose Rawson as your home builder, they ruin your dreams.

The whole experience was very positive. The sales team were really helpful, listened to what we were looking for and are very happy. Our site manager kept in regular contact.very happy

My partner & I decided to choose to build with Rawson homes after falling in love with the "Benham 30".
After finalising plans, updating contracts etc, we were ready for the build.
Let's just put it this way - we both would NEVER recommend Rawson homes to anybody who would choose to build.
From the start our expectations were quite high, hearing nothing but good feedback & reading decent reviews.
It started from the bricks, to our move in date, then to the final details of the outside finishings, a garage door that was faulty & wouldn't close, a fight regarding our bricks & the mortar between, a creaky upstairs floor & two very unhappy Rawson clients

-POOR building quality-the stove was installed inappropriately that it burns the splashback, and rawson homes warranty officer responded to me"MANAGEMENT REVIEWED THE ISSUE, ITS WEAR AND TEAR, SO WE WILL NOT PURSUE THIS FURTHER". Seriously? !
-TERRIBLE SERVICE - tried to contact office multiple times and no one answered the phone.finally someone answered but was extremely rude and indifferent.
-when rawson homes was issued recitification order from fair trading no one contacted me at all and the fair trading officer had to chase up the HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION after the order expiry date to fix the problem! Rawson homes then directly went to my tenants and fixed the stove without notifying me or my agent! Such terrible service! Not even an apology!
-during the rectification process the HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION ignored my polite email and never called back even I left a couple messages through the coodinator.
I seriously doubt the company would grow at all under such poor management team especially the warranty team.extremely unpleasant to deal with.the whole process took 6 months!

Was not a good experience ibitially but once the building started it was great, The supervisor was very good at his job and completed the home 3 months early
Highly recommmend using Rawson to build your home

Worst experience ever, its deceiving company,
From day one till now.
Changing plans, putting strange symbols in plans. No clear demonstrations, can't find any one to talk to.
Each step with them needs a solicitor.
Worse ever please don't choose it as building company.
