Her technique is so refined that it makes the whole experience so soothing and relaxing making you feel completely revived and rejuvenated afterwards. Keep up good work, Sveta. You are the best.

Ratana is by far one of the best places I've ever had a massage. Seriously the best in Sydney. I've experienced both types of massage the aroma oil and Thai massage and will not go to any other place. The massage therapists Svetlana and Pui are 5 stars the best! Their massage technique and energy has helped my body not only relax but prevent tension build up and tight muscles and correct my posture.

I am regular customer here and the staff are super friendly and the Massage is always strong enough and extremely pleasant, I can totally recommend this place it's amazing

Poor effort. I called to make a booking. Was given a 4pm time slot. Worked my afternoon around that schedule. Arrived, was told that they couldn’t do it because of a previous treatment. They had my name and contact number but failed to call.
Unprofessional and a waste of a time in a Sunday afternoon.

Went there once before it was fine. THis time they demanded pay up front, I refused, showed them the cash and said I was prepared to pay after the massage. These places are hit and miss with the girls doing it so I am happy to pay after. The only ones demanding you pay up front are suss. I walked out.

Minimal wait for my booking and friendly service, professional and intuitive masseuse. I had purchased a deal through Groupon for a 90 min massage. Came out completely blissed and relieved.

One small aspect, they charged an extra $10 when you get there is you want firm pressure. I was a little annoyed by this, as it counteracts the purchasing of the coupon.

Overall, good experience none the less!

I have been coming to Ratana for years and they are always wonderful. The massage rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. Every massage therapist I’ve ever had at Ratana has been very skilled, friendly and professional. The environment is so welcoming and they always offer you a cup of herbal tea before you leave. I went in for a 2 hour Thai and aromatherapy massage today and it was absolute bliss. They were also very diligent and careful in light of the COVID crisis, checking my temperature as I arrived and giving me a screening form to fill out before I left. A beautiful place that really cares about their clients. I couldn’t recommend Ratana more.

Maybe I just had the intern or student who was helping out but it was a bad massage. She didn’t know what she was doing, very weak, completely amateur massage. Very disappointed- waste of $89
