Fantastic and fast service. Helpful staff. They provide food that can be gluten free/ coeliac. My daughter enjoyed her burger. The fries were crisp and tasty.

Just your average very slightly upmarket burger chain. Usually the food is okay (the kids like it) but last time they gave us what they called a large plate of chips but which looked very much like a small amount spread out on a large plate, see photo.

Do not get the Varmi burger, the sauce is sickening and the vegan schnitzel was quite bland. Tater tots were great but would take my money somewhere else.

Rascals is always my go to, when no one knows what they want to eat. It cures the soul. The burgers and the fries oh my goodness. PURE BLISS.
Four stars only because every time I order a milkshake I have to remind them.to be honest I don't even care because its that bloody good.

The portion size has definitely dropped below what you would call acceptable for the prices they charge. It's no surprise companies like this are short lived

The food here is usually good however the order was misplaced and it took them 30 minutes to realise before they came to let us know. Usually awesome. Tonite, not so much.

Burger of the Week! - Great food and portion sizes. Quick service with focus on quality ingredients. Indoor and outdoor seating. Prices are average to high but quality of food makes up for it.

Busy on Friday night but the queue moved along, the service was great, the fried chicken, Mac n cheese and burger were sport on. My only suggestion would be a self closing door - guests kept leaving the door open and the attic blast was nasty. We started our meal outdoors but without outdoor heaters it was very chilly and moved inside as soon as a table became available.

Me and my girlfriend were in Newy for 3 nights on holiday and this spot stood out as our favourite place to get a quick bite. Very unique burger place that delivered in quality every time we went. They nail their sauces and side options. I highly recommend getting “the rascal” or the “Marty Mcfly”. With a side of tots! Cheers for making our time here a blast.

Pretty good burger. A lot of hype really for a burger but they have interesting combinations with their burger of the week. Plus you can get a beer.

BBQ Bacon Cheese sandwich. I went with single.buns were really soft nd meat basically melted in my mouth.enjoyed every bit of it.there skateboard enthusiasts in the premise as well.enjoyed the whole experience.will visit again.

Best burgers in Newcastle by a country mile.
Their fried chicken is bloody good as well. The Mac and cheese just gets in the way.

A nice place to eat and drink fast food. The burger, fries and milk shake was very nice. I thought it was a bit too expensive but in reality this is how the burger joint cost nowadays. The food was tasty. Plenty of people coming in. Good service. Recommended for a fast food hit.

Pleasantly surprised!
- burger was huge! The chicken was tender and moist. The batter was damn good, very light.
- chips were seasoned well and crunchy. Loved it!
Wasn't a fan of the buffalo hot sauce. Didn't have any spice (and I have low tolerance) and tasted sour.
