The technicians were very professional, respectful and knowledgable. They kept a clean workspace and tidied up at the end of each day. I love my automatic gate and I highly recommend this business.

From start to finish a professional & exceptional job done for us. From the estimator Mark to Greg & his team of installers, there were no problems everything fitted perfectly with an high level of workmanship, & they left no mess behind, also having the fence & gate made locally to our specifications was the best option for us. Mark was extremely helpful in guiding me to the best way to get a new remote and even to program it myself.
He rang me personally and then emailed the instructions. I am very impressed with the service from Rapid Automatic.

Great from start to finish. Mark organized my quote quickly and had my job booked in. Paul and Glen were punctual and did a brilliant job. Nothing was any trouble and Paul took the time to explain everything. Site was left clean and tidy.

We purchased a $4,000 automatic gate from them. The motor started failing after around 4-5 months of use. We requested a repair from them and they billed us $469.65 for repairs claiming a machine of that value needed an additional warranty plan for repairs within that period? Something which goes completely against basic consumer law. Even the technician who came out to repair our gate admitted that it was a faulty product that should have come under warranty.

Very happy with the service from Rapid Automatic Access. They were the most professional out of the companies I contacted and did not sell me something I didn't need or want. Communication from them was pretty good too. They were patient and wanted to make sure I was absolutely happy with the installation.

Rapid installed electric gates to our semi-rural property, the gates are 55m from the house, meaning they had to run power from the house. The remotes work perfectly from the house and the gates are very attractive and operate smoothly. The technicians were very respectful to our property and were very pleasant people. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for gate installation.

Yes it’s the dissatisfied customer again. Rapid Access, an oxymoron if ever there was one, have now refused to come and fix my gate although under warranty They say because I didn’t pay straight away. True but the job wasn’t done as quoted but I did pay nearly $10,000. And I left a bad review! So the warranty is worthless. Their false response to my first post offering to assist another piece of dishonesty. The government provides remedies as do the courts.

Came out to repair gate opener they installed. Guy sent had no knowledge of the product and spent most of his time trying to talk to the office to get assistance. Told me he thinks its the motor, didn't have any common spares, so another $300.00 service call. These guys a joke.

After my comments about your service, or lack of, I received an message saying please advise the invoice number, so you can check and comeback to me. I replied and received nothing, No comment, no explanation, ZERO. The follow up is like the service call, pathetic.
