Excellent service from this place. I had a vehicle problem, and they slotted me in the same day and I was on my way one and a half hours later.
Highly recommended.

Had an unfortunate breakdown on our way home to Victoria. The guys at Rapid were amazing, they found the issues, sourced parts and had us back on the road home by close of business. Can't thank them enough.

Best Autoshop in Goulburn these guys are legends and very helpful… my ute broke down a month ago it was an easy fix for them they even got my one of my tyres patched for free. I would highly recommend this Rapid Auto Repair.

My car failed a registration inspection here, so I asked that they scan the vehicle for faults and fix it as well. It was fixed the same day and also passed the failed registration inspection. Thanks Rapid Auto for the prompt service done.

Veryyyyy bad service.the garage "fixing" the car, they caused terrible consequences! After this, we come back to hear that "the car is too old, no need to try to fix it because it is dead, goodbye.if I were you, I would buy another one! " » this is just my worst and deplorable experience with a mechanic! Dont go there

This has been my worst experience in a garage.

I had come for a simple hose problem to change, the work was done quickly but after that the real problems started.my coolant tank keeps overflowing every time I start the engine,

I went back to see them to check the system, they didn't even want to look, they simply told me that my vehicle was broken and that I could throw it in the trash.without even bothering to open the hood.

Having seen a good mechanic, the problem was finally solved for $100 and a change of coolant.

The fluid found after the hose change was brown and filled with dirt, which damaged the entire system.

I really don't recommend you to come to them, they will just take your money and then throw you away

Ceci à été ma pire expérience dans un garage.

J’étais venu pour un simple problème de durite à changer, la travail à été fait rapidement mais suite à ça les vrais problèmes ont commencé … ma vase de liquide de refroidissement n’arrêter pas de déborder à chaque fois que je démarrer le moteur,

Je suis retourner les voir afin de vérifier le système, ils n’ont même pas voulu regarder, ils m’ont simplement dit que mon véhicule été HS et que je pouvais le jeter à la poubelle … sans même prendre la peine d’ouvrir le capot.

En ayant vu un bon garagiste, le problème a finalement été régler pour 100$ et un changement de liquide de refroidissement.

Le liquide retrouver après le changement de durite était marron et remplie de saleté, ce qui a endommager tout le système.

Je ne vous recommande vraiment pas de venir chez eux, ils ne feront que prendre votre argent et vous jeter ensuite

Great Service Extremelly obliging and price was also fair. I was travelling on a Sunday and staying at Gunning free camp we had minor concern with my Van. He fitted me in on the Monday 30 minutes later on my way. So happy with this company

Strange noise from engine called NRMA, water pipe knackered sent out tow truck 25 minutes loaded up and taken to rapid auto. 12 noon to 4.30 fixed and running thank you for such great service also tow truck guy. Deb

Definitely do not recommend this place, unfortunately had a small leak, $240 for them to look at my vehicle and render it inoperable.
Do not come here!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Couldn’t get out if their own way to offer to help hook up a trailer after paying an almost $2k bill. My baby was screaming for all to hear, still nothing. Had to get out and move their bins out of the way to hook up my trailer. No offer of help till I went in and suggested their customer service was rubbish. Even once they sent an apprentice out he was useless. This is after having it for a week longer than expected.

Absolutely sensational mechanics who helped me out in a tight spot after a wheel bearing went on my old Land Rover, very transparent and kept me updated every step of the way. Wish there were more mechanics like this back home.

Driving from the Central Coast to Tumbarumba early on a Saturday morning our fuel system warning light came on. We needed an urgent replacement of our fuel filter. The guys on duty were great and fitted us straight in for repairs. Our car was fixed and we were back on the road in under 3 hours. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended.

Slow service with no result. Took van in this morning to check a noise coming from one wheel. I told them I knew I needed new tyres. I was told it would take half an hour. Took all day, I ended up collecting the car at 5pm. Paid 60 bucks for them to tell me what I already told them, I need new tyres. Waste of time and money.

Highly recommend these guys. My mum's car sprung a water leak out the heater junction thingee when she was in Goulburn from way out of town and the boys at the workshop were able to squeeze her in, source the part, and fix her car up by the end of the day so she could get home. They were flat out busy at the time. Saved my mum a lot of worry. Absolute legends and at a reasonable cost. Top blokes.

I felt like I was a nuisance, even though I was stranded over 200km from home. After they'd had the car for 1.5 days told me couldn't find the problem, took it for a test drive and said it ran perfectly. After my husband came 2.5hrs from home to pick me and the car up, it conked out TWICE within 100m of this dodgy place!

Great experience from the get go. Awesome customer service, affordable and able to help me out in a last minute disaster.
