Rhys was recommended to me by a friend after I was having some issues with my upper back.

Rhys was very knowledgeable and professional from initial consult onwards.

The way he communicates made it easy to understand what specifically my ailment was and how he proposed to help, which he promptly did thereafter.

I left feeling rejuvenated and ten times better than when I went in.

Rhys at ROM is incredibly skilled at identifying and focusing on my problem areas. The pressure applied was deep, but it was always kept at a level that was comfortable for me. I could feel the tension relief after every session especially targeting back muscle pain an area where I’ve had issues with.

Also took the time to educate me on the benefits of regular sports massage for muscle recovery and do self to do techniques to target problem areas. 10/10

Started going to Rhys a couple of months ago due to some back issues and tightness, and I cannot recommend Rhys enough! His work has helped me tremendously, and I genuinely feel like he actually cares about the issues I'm having, and really try’s his hardest to help resolve them, which is harder to come by these days. Rhys provides an absolutely exceptional service. Not only does he treat the symptoms, but he focuses on treating the cause.
