UPDATE: It beggars belief that you ask me to contact you by email to discuss this matter further - nay you invite me to send you my contact details… and here lies the problem. You already have all my contact details. You also have responded to my email that had reports attached. So instead of being proactive in managing this negative feedback, you’ve again demonstrated a reactive approach. Most dissatisfied and disappointed that more than one individual in your organisation can’t deliver on what your website promises or your deceased founder espoused. This lack of professionalism boggles my mind and I will not be doing your work for you in managing a poor performance review!

And yet no one bothered to call or update me. So very disappointing that a (conglomerate) “healthcare” provider is so poor at communication and responding to a new customer enquiry.

The reception wasn’t very friendly or understanding of my disability with my hands either!

I can’t say this is my experience from initial contact with the Charlestown Office and maybe some staff need to retrained on your values that you espouse on your website corporate literature.

Sadly all too common in the industry these days.
