If you’re looking for a good buffet in CBD, then you must try this restaurant. I’ve been here several times and every-time I came to this restaurant feels like first time.

We came in as walked in on weekends and as expected they are fullybooked and we were told the next table available is around 8pm but then here’s the tip!

You can book a table via phone call and if you like to have early time inform the reception upon making the booking for any cancellation in any time slots (or specified time) to call you and prioritised you.

This is the exact what happened to us, we came in and no tables… so I decided to call to book the 8pm then inform the reception for any early table vacant to call me… To my surprised, few minutes later they called again informing for a table available… instead of 8pm then we got 7pm table

They have 3 categories of buffet that you can choose and I always like the Premium because of the wagyu beef and beef offered!

They have wide and plenty of food options for Premium around 115 choices if not mistaken.

I recom to have the Thin Slice Wagyu! And All beef slices! I like the idea that you have to use the tablet to order and note order only when you need it cause they charge for wastage.

For the Dessert, I recom any of the ice cream but not the sorbet.

Location: Fronting HayMarket Mall
Parking: Not Accessible
Disable: Yes (Elevator)
Price: $$$ (Premium at 89$ i think)
Booking: Weekends is a Must
Allergens: Yes Available

Came here for the $55 weekday special, wasn’t sure what to expect. I do normally prefer the charcoal grill for flavor, but the meat was very good quality so the electric grill worked a treat either way. Overall, very happy with the quality of the food and will be back again.

A package of 86.the sashimi is completely stale, the beef is frozen and stale and not as fresh as the beef. The pork belly has been frozen for a long time and the meat is already dark! The corn is not fresh either! 100 minutes, but we couldn't order food for 70 minutes (we didn't want to eat anymore, we just wanted ice cream). After we went home, we went to the toilet three times in a row and still vomited the next morning! It makes me feel extremely sick. I came here based on the recommendation from Xiaohongshu. I forgot to read the reviews first. I sincerely say, please use fresh food carefully so that customers can eat with peace of mind
This is the first time I have eaten such a stale and diarrheal buffet!

The BBQ is so great, I came to eat for many times. And the services are sweet and satisfying. Highly recommended!

If you go to an expensive pseudo-Japanese style yakiniku restaurant in the city, the premium course of this restaurant run by Japanese people is definitely recommended. You can also be satisfied with a la carte. Each side dish is carefully prepared and delicious. Yuzu sorbet is recommended for dessert. Staff service is good, cleaning is good and it feels good. The entrance might be a little hard to find.

Good Japanese BBQ buffet! They have different prices according to how many kinds of things you can choose. 60 kinds, 80 kinds and 100 kinds. We picked 60 kinds, which is $58 per adult. I love their meat and mushrooms. Also some Japanese snacks and dishes are pretty good. But you need to order more one time, or you need to wait for a long time to get your order. And you have nothing to eat when you guys re waiting. So try to order more on the first time. Services here is preset good, they are nice and friendly. Overall, it’s a good place to spend your time with friends or families. Recommend!

Very good experience to having dinner here. Meat was great and staff very nice too. I will not expect very high quality beef with just $8x buffet. So it is worth it to me. And thank you for the service:)

Not worth the money. My friend and I chose premium package costing us $85/each person but the meat is frozen & chewy. I can’t tell the difference between this waygu and the supermarket beef! Sashimi is not fresh at all. I ended up grilling the sashimi to avoid stomachace! NOT RECOMMEND

Service was ok, but totally dissapointed with the meat quality. Not much variety compared to another Japanese buffet.

Honestly just not worth the money at all. My partner and I opted for the "premium" option. Let me tell you there's nothing premium about it. The menu boasts premium wagyu beef and sashimi which is far from the truth. All the beef and pork comes out frozen and the sashimi was obviously not fresh as the quality and texture indicated that it had been frozen and then thawed out prior to serving. The actual quality of the wagyu was average at best and quite chewy which is generally not a characteristic that comes to mind when I think of wagyu beef.
I don't normally talk negatively about places, but I would not recommend it and am definitely not going back. $78/person is definitely a rip off, save your money and go elsewhere. You'll thank me later.

Awesome modest little joint, food was great and the service was even better! They were willing to accommodate our large group at such short notice. Would definitely come back

One of my favourites. There was a time my family dined here at least once a week. Friendly staff, cozy ambiance, and fast service. Highly recommend.

Hidden upstairs in Chinatown is an all you can eat Japanese BBQ. Monday to Thursday it costs 48.80 (not sure if this is for a limited time) otherwise costs 58.80 for the standard option. There are 2 other higher levels. We ate our fill. Service was quite fast. Good amount of different side dishes including agedashi tofu, takoyaki, kimchi, radish kimchi, beansprouts, seaweed salad. A downside is you can only pick one dessert (ice cream - vanilla/matcha/black sesame or apple jelly). Good value.

Its a Japanese buffet, and depending on which packages u chose it will exclude certain things. We went with the premium because u don't do this often.
Overall the food was good and staff was really friendly.
Our packages gave use the option for sashimi and wagyu cuts. The wagyu isn't the top of the range, which is expected since its not overly expensive.
One thing I found different here was you can order ramen as well.
You have 90 mins in total to eat and last order is 20 mins. Ull have to take into account of cooking time and time required to order and arrive at the table. In saying that we found 45 mins into the dinner we were getting pretty full and had to slow down.
Drinks are not included in the price.

For a Japanese BBQ, the place is very much subpar to say the least. Chose the standard buffet option for $53, which looked attractive but was definitely not worth it. The meats were frozen and after a short sizzle they became tough and hard to chew, and no we did not overcook it. The icecream was not bad though, the best dish of the night.
Would not recommend!

My friend and I chose the Premium one and it does not cost as much as the other Jbbq places yet I believe that the quality of their Wagyu meat could be better. We ordered lots of grams of the Special Wagyu but make sure to cook it less to not lose the flavour. Hmm, I’m not a big fan of pork but their pork belly is so yummy, ended up ordering more. We ordered most of the side dishes as well and they are really good! ALSO, the service is up to par. Everyone (lady with glasses, lady in the bar and the guy from the kitchen) is too friendly! I love the service!
