Nothing gets done and they change agents on you without telling you we have been living in one of the apartments for a year now and there is mould everywhere but we have to put up with it because of the rental market now

Usually when I hear of agencies, I think of annoying agents full of deception and constant swindling, not in this case. It's my first time with Ralph first real estate and so far I am happy!
