We recently sold a rental property & Craig Fisher's team at R&H Killarney Vale were amazing. They advised us how to maximise the value of the property & put us in touch with the relevant trades people. They were there every step of the way for almost a month before the house went on the market, then they sold the house within a week (!) AND got us the price we wanted. High praise goes to Andrew Oxm, who is probably the best agent we've ever dealt with & Kassiemarie Taylor, who was there to help us through a bumpy time with a difficult departing tenant. We would absolutely recommend this agency.

Rude and have terrible communication. Asked to change managing Agents for an investment property were unprofessional to say the least! Dodges phone calls, doesn't email back and very rude. Steer Clear!

Incompetent real estate tell they’re clients to email them yet they never get back to you never return calls and you can only talk to property managers on certain days not sure how they go in sales but for renting I suggest you look for someone else as you will be forever frustrated with these guys day in day out year after year absolutely shocking have no idea why they can’t get it together

This group is constantly pushing the boundaries of what they can get away with, using tired old tactics to keep tenants under the thumb.

They misrepresented the truth on important issues and caused my family a lot of heartache. On more than one occasion, staff blatantly lied to my face in order to avoid their responsibilities.

They intentionally communicate poorly (or not at all) unless they have something to gain. They seem to love surprising tenants, sending workers to the house with no warning or organizing inspections on short notice only to cancel.

My six month lease couldn't have ended sooner. I'm now with Ourimbah real estate who are professional, caring and committed.
