His down to earth approach (no bulldust) is a welcome change to a lot of other agents I have delt with. Rides the fence between buyer and seller with consummate ease because of his honest approach. Can't believe I've said that about a real estate agent.

Being new to town I really didn't know the market in Young, Jim's knowledge was outstanding helping me find my perfect investment property. All my questions (and I had lots) were answered honestly and quickly, he really looked after me right through the entire process with a professional and calm manner. Bernadette and Raine and Horne Young were lovely to deal with. Once she knew my price range she showed me a few houses including the one I ended up buying. From looking at the house to having my offer accepted was only 5 days and my kids and I couldn't be happier. It's perfect for us, flat backyard, large bedrooms and the perfect position for my kids schools. It needed a bit of work but as a local Bernadette knows my dad is a builder and I was in good hands. If I was to ever buy again I would definitely go through Bernadette again and I would recommend her and Raine and Horne to anyone looking to buy.

Not very impressed at all! Very poor customer service with tenants and very very rude I agree with the person who said they must be underpaid in there job to be so rude and unpleasant to deal with no smile no nothing just nasty people. Honestly can say I’m done with Raine Horne young this isn’t the first time the have been so unprofessional and stuffed me around!

Simone and whole team were very rude to me, underpaid staff and it shows in their attitude, not helpful at all. Definately would not do anything through these guys.
