17I am a property owner and was looking to rent my property long term. Sent an enquiry form.nothing. Call the office left a message with someone.nothing. This in the middle of housing crisis.
A competent honest salesman
I always said our house would sell five minutes after the sign went up, and effectively it did. That is not to say there was nothing left to do, because as we all know, if there's something can go wrong it will.especially before Christmas. With everyone's nerve endings strained Robert steered us all through the process with patience and skill. His knowledge of the business is excellent. We also appreciated his recommendation of conveyancing solicitor. Everyone worked as a team.
We met Robert through other property sales in our street and were impressed with this straight shooting, no nonsense young man. He does take your ideas on board too. Just the sort of person you would like to engage to sell your home.
In the end we had a win win for everyone. A good price. Happy purchasers, relieved vendors and a beaming agent dressed as Santa.

We are landlords. We rented our house out at Bawley Point during the long weekend in October. Tenants stole games and toys. Agent not interested. Police not interested because it was under $500. Insurance not worth claiming.tenants said they did not take, we are positive they did.there was an inventory. Agent took side of the tenant.we have pulled out of agreement with raine and horne.they should have known what was in house prior to tenant and what wasn;t. The tenant won.we lost.not good enough
