They have found tenants who look after the property and any changeovers have been seamless. The communication has been timely, with quick responses to questions or requests. I have rented two properties in Tamworth with R&H and can honestly say that they were so easy to deal with, actioned any maintenance as soon as possible and my property manager was great she even found my family the perfect next home when the landlord was ready to move back in.

One of the worst real agents in Tamworth. They charge for irrelevant and unnecessary things. They rent old house and they want everything new once the tenant decide to move out. Never on time to fix the damage.

Stuart Elphick is my property manager and he is one of the best property manager I've ever had. He is humble, honest, responsive, helpful, knowledgable and trustworthy. His team and tradies are efficient, friendly and nice. When the house needed maintence he organise quotes and tradies to attend straight away, secured a new tenancy very quickly when required and he make sure I've aware that the property fire alarms to be check regularly and along with many other things! Also, he was so kind helping the tenant who was moving out since there was some bond issue with the previous agent.

I felt so lucky and relieve to have such an awesome property manager.

Fantastic staff, they have been so helpful with seeking a great tenant for my property. All staff are friendly and professional, and when my property manager is not there any of the staff are able to assist me.

I would never ever rent or buy through them. They are not a reputable agency. If I could give a minus review I would give a minus 1000 rating.

I do not recommend this agency. They are very unprofessional. We have submitted a rental application (after we inspected the place) and had no answer for over a week. We have called them again and our application wasn't looked at for more than 2 weeks. After that time, we still haven't receive any calls in regards to the outcome of the application.

I am really dissapointed with this company and I recommend you look for a serious, professional company that is customer focused.

Didn’t really deliver on any level. Sale price was considerably lower than appraisal price. Many promises were made regarding the management of the sale but none were delivered. Could not recommend this agency.
