This real estate is the best, the staff that work here Tanya and Todd are very approachable and friendly and professional of what they do. If you need to rent or buy or sell ya house, I highly recommend this establishment.

I emailed enquires about the same property 3 times, far between each email, and got a response from Todd Barkley upon my third attempt. His email suggested that I let him know when I would like to inspect the property and to give at least a couple of days notice. I emailed back on a Sunday night to arrange for inspection the following Saturday (6 days notice) only to get a response from a Tanya that the tenant at the property is sick and that they are not allowing access, adding that Todd Barkley is on annual leave.

This has left a very disheartening feeling to ever deal with this agency, as it obviously is not interested.
I intend to never buy, rent or sell any property of mine through this agency. Very unprofessional and definitely not interested in customers.

David and I would like to thank you both Todd and Tanya. For the way they handled the sale of the house we are renting. We have been renting the house over the last 10yrs. And have found them to be excellent in the way they handled our privacy as well as me being unwell due to me conditions. I'm sorry if that has upset certain people. But when someone is unwell and at the same time as covid. You take precautions.

Todd is very professional and helpful. Always responded timely and went the extra mile with any questions that we had and kept us updated every step of the way. Highly recommend!
