I asked for a price guide and all he could say is I will get back to everyone after the open house and see where the interest is at. Don't agents tell the owner what they think the property is worth? I thought that's what they are supposed to quote to prospective purchasers with the new laws. Oh he never got back to me btw. It's ok I found something but I wouldn't use you as my agent in the future.
Typical spruiker agent. Invite as many bidders to your auctions. Get them to spend hundreds in fees and then only for them to find out they are way off the reserve price. Most decent agents give a guide price. You won't last long in business buddy. Check your attitude too.

James just sold our late fathers villa and from the get go both my sister and I have been extremely happy with the entire process of the sale. James from the start gave us an honest appraisal which we managed to achieve within the first week of the sale campaign. He was professional, enthusiastic and kept us constantly informed throughout the entire process.

Don’t bother using this real estate as some guy called George thinks he is God’s gift really rude and disrespectful went it to have a chat and he was very dismissive and seem to not care to much about me and my potential business.
