After a sudden and devastating death within our family, my mother decided she needed to relocate asap for a fresh start. We found a home listed through Raine&Horne and met Carina Catanzaro at the open inspection. After briefly discussing our situation, she assured us that she would assist us as much as she could in obtaining a property if our paperwork was in order and finances allowed. Within 24 hours, Carina had checked our paperwork, passed on our application and got my Mother approved for her new home. Carina alone took what was already a stressful and painful situation and brought a bit of light back into our lives. Our family could not thank her enough for her help over the last few days.
I would highly recommend Carina and the team at Raine&Horne for anyone who is moving with urgency and is looking for a swift and easy application process.

Very bad tenant experience. I have been chasing the team for more than a week to speak to the agent, first about open home and then checking status of our application, all the time the contact provided (of reception) doesn't forward the call to the agent or the agent never calls me back. I feel pity for the house owners who give their properties for rental to this agency.

Our experience finding a new home to rent in Rouse Hill has been a great one for a number of reasons. The first, and foremost, is the initiative and connections made first via on-line discussions and then a phone call, with Property Manager, Carina Catanzaro. This led us, to the realisation that applying for a house (forms were all ready to go from our end) after an inspection by family members on our behalf was what we did next. From 2 hours distance from Rouse Hill, and wanting a house closer to family and more, we waited to hear the outcome on the following Monday. We couldn’t have been more delighted that our “FIRST” and only rental application in over 5 years was successful. From that day, many others who work at Raine and Horne Rouse Hill, have been courteous, kind and welcoming. We look forward to years ahead, in our retirement, renting this house through Raine and Horne, and value the high standards of work and communication done by Carina Catanzaro. Carina and the Team at Rouse Hill did an excellent job at managing my property for over 2 years. I never had any issues throughout the Covid period. I was always able to contact my property manager or get a prompt call back. Would recommend R&H to those in the area.

I only wish that there was a "0 star" rating for the worst property managers in Australia. The brief synopsis: the house we rented was feral when we moved in and hadn't been cleaned by previous tenants. There was chips in the paint and trash left in the back yard. They claimed against the previous tenants bond, but never did any of the repairs, never collected the trash, and never cleaned the house. I had to pay for it all out of my own pocket in order the make the house liveable for my family.

For my almost 2-year tenancy, they never carried out a single inspection on the property. They couldn't manage to give me access to the "tenant portal" for access to my statements. I had 3 property managers within the first 6 months and was never informed of any changes. They were an absolute nightmare to deal with on every level. Only the most recent property manager (Carina C) was a positive experience. She was polite & professional - if completely thrown under the bus with probably way too much work for one person.

Now that I'm vacating - I left the property in BETTER condition that when I moved in. I repaired all of the aforementioned chipped paint, re-seeded the yard after R&H ruined it (that's a whole other story) and I hired professional cleaners - even though I had to pay for the last tenants cleaning out of pocket as well. But of course, they're claiming my bond against a faulty countertop that developed a hairline fracture from incorrect installation.

I would NEVER suggest you rent a property from these thieves - and considering how little they cared about how I used the property during my tenancy - I would suggest any investors should find other property managers. Unless of course you want people living in your property without them ever checking in on them and living there on no-lease (which they never renewed, probably because it got lost in the hot mess of their operations). I could've been living in squalor and destroying the property and they would never have known.

In summary: RUN.

Recently leased out our property through Raine & Horne Rouse Hill and they have been nothing but easy to deal with, the leasing process was smooth and found a tenant in no time.

Raza was fantastic through the process of selling our home. Raza was always in touch throughout the process, held countless inspections and worked tirelessly to get an outstanding result. Having him involved, particularly on the day of the auction, took much of the stress and worry out of the process and allowed us to keep everything in perspective. He handled things confidently and was reassuring throughout the process. Put my property in the hands of R&H Rouse Hill to manage only to have them treat the property like junk. Property was basically passed through 3 different R&H agents (due to them leaving which is not an issue) but the issue was their communication - they never communicated and informed of a change of agent looking after the property only until I physically called up to ask. Emails were never replied to when sent to the agent, deliberately ignored my requests for documents the landlord is entitled to (such as issued key and fob register, etc). To make matters worse, they lied about not receiving the tenant's ingoing inspection report when it had been received + lost the keyfob issued directly for R&H's property manager's safe keeping. Tried to contact the Director for an explanation only to have him runaway from the situation and ignore my many emails - very poor client/customer service. So utterly disappointed. Will definitely NOT recommend!

Inquired with agent about inspecting a property on Saturday. Took daily phone calls and emails to arrange. 1st agent Chloe Jackman never rang back. Then Graham rang and neither would allow an inspection without application 1st and i couldnt view property after 5pm during week. Why? I finally had a private inspection booked for following Saturday. When we arrived for inspection no one was there and property sign now had 'leased' sticker on it. Extremely unprofessional and no communication. Would not use this agency again. So angry.
