Im not going to use my real name so please save yourself the "youre not in our system" comment. Avoid going through this agency, unpleasant to deal with, unwilling to help with very basic requests. Just happy to take your money and any problems that arise with the unit isn't their problem to deal with.

Raine & Horne Randwick sold us our apartment 10 years ago, and have been managing our tenants ever since. Lauren and her team have been extremely professional, and very prompt in every aspect. In Jan this year, we had a leak in our building which caused moisture throughout our unit. Unfortunately our tenants had to vacate. As this is a strata complex, we had to wait for GK Strata to rectify the leak, before we could proceed with internal rectification and advertise for new tenants. Our strata manager was extremely painful to deal with, and was unresponsive to this problem. After numerous escalations by Lauren, the repairs have only just been finalised, and our new tenant is moving in this week. If it wasn't for Raine & Horne Randwick, we would still be chasing up GK Strata to resolve this leak whilst continuing to have our unit untenanted.
Furthermore, Lauren was able to secure a tenant for us, after only one open home inspection, during the COVID-19 crisis, whilst up against the most amount of vacant units Maroubra has seen in a long time.

Lauren and the front counter staff were always very professional on all our visits to the office. Lauren in particular went out of her way to arrange a 6 month rental with the property owner. The property was in really good condition and when we did have an issue with a leak from the air conditioner a repair was arranged in just under a week.

Having been stood down as a result of COVID19, my financial situation as a tenant was precarious. Lauren Wren handled the rent renegotiations with the owners professionally, but more importantly, with compassion. Lauren did her upmost to come up with multiple options to reach a solution that was workable for everyone.

Probably the sleaziest real estate office in the area. Definitely better off choosing another agency. The principal is a fool and the staff lazy and incompetent.

Agree with June Williams and many other posts. I rented through R&H Randwick for 7 years and received continuously unprofessional and rude service

I rented a 2 br art deco unit from Raine and Horne for over 6 years in Randwick. Once water came into the unit because of a blocked gutter/drain and shorted all the power point in the unit. I had no power. I submitted a repair request, followed up by attending their office personally, nothing was done for more than 2 days. I was completely ignored by Raine & Horne. I then went to the strata management who was sympathetic, they organised a sparky to come the next day after I contacted.

Have sent numerous emails for a rental property and never heard back.called reception twice to be told I would receive a call back and nothing. Surely in this day and age a simple call or email is to be expected.sub par agent.no wonder all the reviews on here are the same.some people shouldnt be in business

Had a great experience at an open home. Lauren spent so much time showing me all the features of the property and even waited an extra 20 mins for my husband who was running late. Nothing was a bother, even when we wanted to try getting our car in the garage.

Most unprofessional, irresponsible and ignorant service I have seen. Taylor and her female senior is cut out for each other’s.they will try to turn the tables around to make it look like everything is customers fault. When they didn’t do their job and when we questioned them, their answer was, why didn’t we follow up to see if they are doing their job!? We have to drag them to Fair trading and for them to accept they did not do their job. Never ever deal with these kind of people and let them harass you for their mistakes

The worst Customer Service i have ever came across.
Never Returned any phone calls or emails. Rude and very unprofessional. If i could rate less than 1 Star i would!

Do not rent with this agent. The condescending property manager Lauren is dodgy and exploits the tenancy laws to take the most money out of your bond, without providing needed service (the flat had mould and pest insects yet they did not do anything about it despite all our emails). Be warned.
