Amazing experience with Kiki~ she is the best trustworthy agent
she was very fast responding to messages and enquiries, and was straight to the point answering questions. The experience was really impressive. I would recommend her to any person who wish to buy / sell their properties, she will take really good care of you.

Misleading and deceptive- warning. An agent verbally approved that the owner had approved my application and that formal approval was pending for my pet in line with protocol (note.this is a pet friendly building/owner apartment, so was not advised of any issue), and that the deposit is to be made with the formal response but to prepare for the move in the upcoming fortnight at the proposed start date. To my shock and horror, I discover that the same property was again listed for another showing the coming weekend at a higher price and what was agreed and verbally approved on my application. When I enquired with the agent, she advised that the owner was now wanting to 'test the market'. I had received no communication relating to the owners position on this and the agreed amount was an issue. There have been several emails and call attempts to the responsible agent and none have been returned to a.provide transparency of the situation with regard to the owners position and stance on what I was advised was an approved application,
or b.apologise for what can be perceived as misleading and deceptive or if this was actually a miscommunication on the agents part. Extremely stressful situation and unprofessional conduct on the agents part.
