Jared made the process extremely efficient. I had to go through conveyancing, consultations with my mortgage broker, shoalhavan council and others in this process to secure my block. Even with competition from other buyers Jared remained patient with me and assisted me through the process. To summarise Jared is professional, fast acting and reliable.

I would recommend Benji to anyone selling in the Shoalhaven area as he achieved an excellent result selling 2 properties for me. The sale price was in line with his valuation of the property which was much higher than what other agents were valuing the property at. Benji has definitely gone the extra mile not only in opening the house at anytime that suits a potential buyer but also to ensure it is presented at it's best by putting out outdoor styling furniture prior to inspections, mopping the floor after inspections on wet days, providing access for trades to work on the property and providing almost daily updates on upcoming inspections and feedback from inspections.
I feel that Benji's selling style and personality is very effective for selling in this area. If I am selling another property in the Shoalhaven I would only use Benji as the agent.

I put my house up for sale with Reine & Horne in Nowra, Josh Adams was my realestate agent.
My house was listed on Friday afternoon on their website, by Monday afternoon I had an offer I was happy with, Josh said there were others interested in the purchase of my property & he said to hold off while he made contact with the other interested parties. The realestate stayed in contact with me & a few days later I excepted the offer that was $32,000 above the first offer.
Reine & Horne did an amazing job & I highly recommend Josh Adams to everyone.

Ben Ward is very approachable and willing to help and advise at all times. Very friendly. We chose Ben because we knew and trusted him. Ben was the agent selling the property we wound up purchasing. A nice touch with the wine and nibbles on arrival too.
When we decided to sell we went straight to Ben. Whilst we were happy with Bens service, there were a couple of points that we both feel could have been better.
1 - We originally had the price as selling between $XX - $XXX. I watched the market and house prices in our immediate vicinity because the values were quickly increasing. A house, much smaller than ours, a few doors down sold very quickly at a very good price. I spoke to my husband and we agreed to raise our price. I contacted Ben and asked to raise by $20,000 even though this was not originally recommended. Our hose sold at 1st open, buyers offering our top price.
2 - Delays with paperwork almost saw us cancelling open house. Ben called to advise me and stated that he, and my solicitors/conveyancers, were leaving messages with council to get the necessary document. This was late on a Friday afternoon with open house scheduled for following morning.
I got off the phone and called council myself, the woman I spoke to was very understanding and said "Leave it with me, I will get it done". A half hour later the document was supplied and open house went ahead.
These are the only real issues I had, overall Ben was good, always ready to take a phone call and put up with my relentless questions.

Ben was nothing short of amazing, he kept us up to date throughout the whole process of purchasing the property, we had a very difficult vendor & Ben really went out of his way to do what he could to liase between us and the vendor. Ben quickly replied to any missed calls or messsges even if this was outside of his work hours and was always friendly even when I was hard to deal with at times. Benji did not immediately put my house on the market as there was a similar houses for sale at the time. Rather than compete, he waited for the other house to sell and then approached buyers who had missed out on that sale and directed them to my house when it did go on the market. As a result, my house sold within days and for a higher price than expected. Benji communicated his plan clearly and his knowledge of the market and his confidence gave me the peace of mind to trust his guidance. Every step of the process was communicated.
