I had a bad experience with R&N Neutral bay. I have rented a property that was badly maintained and after I vacated, they charged me for old curtains that were in very poor state. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Stay away from 66A Prince street as that apartment complex is in shambles.

Although the rent I paid is less for Mosman, when I have vacated, the real estate agent was persistent to squeeze money from the bond I paid. I had to pay for the curtains and the email I attached shows how Penny the real estate agent has held the bond amount for a shower head that was replaced with the real estate agent's consent.

Hamish has just helped us with this the sale of our Crows Nest investment unit. The results were brilliant. We have had a long association with Hamish and have always found him to have integrity a high degree of professionalism. He thinks ahead to iron out any potential issues before they occur, he 'reads the room' and manages relationships expertly. I couldn't speak more highly of Hamish and his team.

A Smooth Process From Start to Finish
David was the most genuine agent I have come across in my search for a property. Confidence in an uncertain World
Stewart was recommended to me by my sister-in-law after he had secured a speedy and profitable sale on a property she had rented for many years. As she has the highest of standards, I was confident even before we met to discuss the sale of my deceased parents' home unit.
From our first meeting, Stewart was all one could hope for in a situation which called for knowledge, people skills and commitment to see the sale come through. He has the remarkable ability to make one feel very much at ease in any situation, selling and buying real estate, which can cause so much stress. In our situation, he worked diligently to shoulder all of the difficulties that may have arisen, and effectively made the whole event as trouble-free as possible for me and my brothers.

Now a Real Review. I won't be recommending this mob, high commission, high advertising costs and we didn't get the price we wanted. Arrogant as well to deal with, In experienced Auctioneer, didn't have the know how to persevere with bidders and looked like he was in a hurry to get to another job. Disgraceful and his fee was $800! They didn't even talk to us after we had sold. Just after the $$$$. Very Poor all round service. Look else where

I placed a $390 deposit for a unit only to find out later last week only to find out later that week l that a family member overseas had become ill meaning I had to leave Sydney. I request a 80% refund and was told by the MD David that the owner had refused. A complete lack of empathy and compassion.

Fantastic Selling Experience
Lorinda is a very professional and knowledgeable agent. She provided a fantastic service by making the whole sales process simple and taking away any of the concerns that I had. Lorinda kept me up to date all through the sales period and really did her best to achieve what was a remarkable result.

Nicole was wonderful. Sorted everything (cleaners, photos, smoke alarms and keys) and had my place rented in a week. Just wish the place I lived in now was managed by Raine and Horne.
