Monica would see you at an open home and if it didn't suit would go back to her office and grab keys to properties that were available to view on the spot. When we settled the sale the house was tenanted (a very long-standing tenancy) and we became landlords for a time. The process of organising the tenants move out and our move in - and all the myriad details and complications that this entails - was managed by the team at Raine and Horne, and especially by Karen Tresidder, in a very professional way. The team were pro-active in working with us and the tenants and were unfailingly helpful, polite and hard-working. The whole process was very well managed and made our move into the house as smooth as it could be.
