Raine & Horne Mosman sourced 3 excellent tenants for us for our mum's unit in Raglan Street overlooking the Harbour & Sirius Cove in recent years. Shann recently sold this unit for us as Executors of her estate. Exceptional standard of service and communication with a great result 2 weeks prior to auction in a softening market less than a week after the Federal Election.

My wife and I recently moved over, and she wanted to rent a property near the beach and not in Bondi. We looked online, and submitted a query but there was no reply. So she phoned to arrange a time. The receptionist answered. I think she was high, or drunk. We explained that we were calling to arrange viewings, and then she just kept saying. "This is Raine and Horne.we don't do that" Suffice to say I didn't rent from them.

They seem to be a really big agency, all the signs in the area seem to be theirs too.

When it came time to sell, he made it seamless for us while minimising the disruption to the tenant through very well organised and very well run open for inspections in a Covid safe environment. The sale price was significantly above our expectations because of fantastic marketing coupled with significant competition created at the auction.

It's been a great 6-year tenancy with Raine & Horne Neutral Bay and that's what made me stick to their service and recently move into a new property under Raine & Horne Mosman service. I look forward for a long-term renting with Raine & Horne agency.

Raine & Horne Mosman have managed my rental property at Wollstonecraft for the past 16 years. In that time the property has been vacant for about three weeks.generally between tenant moves. They have dealt with all aspects of management of the property including storm damage a d the like. I would highly recommend the entire rental management team without hesitation.

Shad y real estate agent who offered a bottle of Moët for the opening bid at an auction. This was to incentivise bidding to get the auction started. We bid as the opening, knowing we had a small chance of winning the house but were happy to pay that amount for the house. We were quickly outbid due to having a smaller budget, which was fine, but we put our hearts on the line to try and win the house. After the auction the agent claimed the bottle was for the “winner” of the auction which was a total lie - he had offered the bottle to ensure the auction didn’t start off awkward.

We are not sure if the agent acted this way because he had never seen us inspect the house before, but we had our buyers agent walk through the house so we were indeed serious bidders.

Let me ask you sellers, do you really want to deal with a businessman as shady as Raine and Horne Mosman? Buying (and selling) a house is an emotional ordeal, do you want your house listed by someone who has no emotional empathy for buyers? (Note we haven’t had any other issues with different Raine & Horne branches)

Everyone we've dealt with at Raine & Horne Mosman to date (6 months) have been helpful, welcoming and open. Stephanie was an absolute star when it came to securing our rental property and everything that followed. She is open, friendly and goes above and beyond! Chad is our property manager and he too is friendly, open and responsive. We had become resigned to the fact that Sydney property managers were unhelpful, not out for our best interest at all, and at times downright rude and impersonal.
