Raine & Horne Lemon Tree Passage

Have been renting through this real estate for close to Fifteen years. The original owner sold the business to the current owners a few years ago. My wife and I have paid rent on three separate properties over the years. We have always paid our bills & have never got ourselves in arrears. We have always been open & honest with the real estate. We have always handed the previous properties back in excellent condition and always got our full bonds back. We have had many difficult discussions with the “top brass” and have not been treated in a respectful manner. Being a Disabled Pensioner, you would expect more? The current house we rent has been ours for 7 years. It was handed over to us in a poor state. Holes in the walls and ceiling. Carpet not cleaned, nothing was cleaned properly. The Mould issues have been the biggest problem. Apparently it’s my problem to clean an open area’s roof that has years of mould & moisture stains on it that where there when we moved in. 7 years later after them taking photos every inspection it is still not sorted.the top brass tell me how bad the “black mould “ is for our health, but refuse to get the owners to clean it. After all, was like that when we moved in I could go on & on. Renters are treated like ………. If you’re selling or buying, you will be treated like royalty. My wife & I used to own separate properties. One sold through this real estate. How the tables get turned once you become a renter. Doesn’t matter what your situation is, if you’re a renter, they’ll bite you eventually because you’re a lower class citizen.

Disgusting! They show a total lack of care and responsibility! You ring with a complaint and they DO NOTHING, NOT EVEN A RETURN CALL. Would not recommend these guys at all! Im considering putting a complaint into Head Office! They are aware of a large tree on one of the rental properties that has branches impeding power lines on my mothers place and are causing damage but are doing nothing about it

We bought a property of Louise and she was very professional and communicated well throughout the whole process. She was very supportive under difficult circumstances (lockdown and us being overseas). We can highly recommend her and what we liked best is that she is also empathetic, which is probably a rare find among real estate agents.

Absolutely shocking. Having purchased our property through R&H, for ease decided to rent it through them. Would really question the integrity of this agent. They were not truthful on the introduction of the tenant, they were not able to provide references when requested on the tenant. To 'resolve' this issue - they waivered the introduction fee and management fee. As a parting gift - the office was closed when we went to pick up the keys to take possession of the property, there was no need to pick up the keys however as they left the property unlocked. Passed the buck at every available opportunity. Avoid.

Rented through Raine and Horne Tanilba had the worst experience would not recommend and won't be renting through them again
