Worst real estate agent ever managing rental or sales properties. I have never ever needed to chase an agent to try to sale or rent a place. Farah Dibah was rude and not contactable. There was a mobile number given to contact the agents, she never pick the phone, unresponsive and unprofessional property manager. I had to keep calling the Farah dibah mobile number but every time I just got to speak to the receptionist. Open inspection was such a rush. I don’t even know whether they actually care if their house are leasing out. I wouldn’t recommended this real estate agent to landlords or tenants.

From the moment you have your 1st meeting with Farha, you know your home is in great hands. Farha and her team worked tirelessly to ensure we were taken care of and provided us with updates and assistance on a daily basis. Her friendly and professional manner was 2nd to none.

LEAH IS THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGER, DO NOT LEASE FROM A RENTAL AT RAINE & HORNE INGLEBURN!

I lived, in what felt like poverty, for 6 months, simply because Leah did not do her job! I lived with hazardous flooding problems (indoors and outdoors), continuous mould/sewerage smells, which caused health problems between myself and my partner. This was never fixed no matter how many times I contacted Leah and team.

I'm surprised Raine & Horne Ingleburn are still in business, due to the amount of illegal stunts they tried to pull on myself.

They do not even deserve the one star I'm giving them.

POSTING AGAIN AFTER I WAS THREATENED TO BE SUED FOR LEAVING A NEGATIVE REVIEW

The worst experience I’ve had with any real estate I have never been treated so worthlessly by any real estate

Leah was a horrible property manager. We were there for 3 months without working locks, Windows without locks, Black mould on the property that was blamed on us (which if we had stayed any longer would have made us sick), blocked toilets which we had to wait weeks to be resolved so we could use the toilet, the roof leaked also and she wouldn’t respond to any phone calls unless she needed something, no accountability or resolution for any of them. After 3 months of issue after issue we left as we couldn’t stand to be treated as though living in a safe secure home wasn’t necessary as long as they received their rent.

I will never be renting with them again and will be extremely hesitant to rent with any raine and Horne franchise because of this shocking experience.
