Fantastic͏ service and outcome
Zeb͏ and his team have been fantastic in not only organising the sale of our property, but kindly also assisting in decluttering the house, opening up a magical box of contacts and trades people who have all assisted us with not only the sale but our move as well. Cannot recommend them enough.

We have rented a Victoria Street property and found them extremely unprofessional, negligent in terms of inspections, etc. The property was vacated by tenants completely vandalised.

Graphiti all over the walls, broken tiles, holes in walls, broken doors -all done by tenants, but these were never picked up in routine inspections.

Please stay away from this agency.
The agreement was terminated when you requested signing up tenants at unbelievable low rents even as they were vandalising the property under your careful watch!

I am shocked that you have in your reply now acknowledged how you actively deterred other agencies.

There are numerous excuses provided but never a reason as to why the tenants left the property absolutely vandalised

Raine & Horne have been fantastic to rent through these last 12 months. My experience with Raine & Horne Goulburn has been fantastic, I have recently moved into my new rental and they were so welcoming and warm and friendly, worlds apart from what I experienced with my previous agent in ACT. I have gas in my new place and I realised when I moved in at around 430pm on a Friday afternoon that it wasn’t working and within half an hour Zeb turned up at my door on his day off to help me out and within the hour they had arranged a plumber and the gas was back on just in time for showers- totally fuss free- I was so happy and amazed at the level of service I have received! Friendly and Professional
Due to being in different states our interaction was via phone and email. Nicolas was prompt to reply whether it be a call or email. Always courteous and friendly with our interactions. All this and despite being in lockdown for almost the whole process was very quick sale.
