Title: Negligent Response to Neighbor Complaints by this agent

I recently dealt with Raine and Horne Gosford in my capacity as a concerned neighbor, and the experience left me deeply dissatisfied. Despite multiple complaints about issues in the community, displayed a shocking lack of urgency and failed to promptly address our concerns.

The negligence in responding to neighbor complaints reflects poorly on commitment to community well-being. The lack of initiative to resolve problems not only affected our quality of life but also demonstrated a disregard for the responsibilities that come with representing a neighborhood.

It's disappointing to witness a real estate agent prioritize their convenience over the concerns of those they are meant to serve. I would caution potential clients and neighbors to think twice before engaging with, / as their lackadaisical approach may result in a frustrating and unproductive experience for all involved.
One of the worst set of professionals who do not care about how they choose their rental clients.and do not care how the neighbours have to suffer.with low morales.they only care about the money and it is not their problems after that.

Nikki and the team are resonsive and attentive to our needs as landlords of 6 rental properies. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. Keep up the great work!

We have been renting for the first time after selling our home of 39 years, waiting on a new build as we down size. We have been dealing mostly with Sarah Commisso, Sarah since the beginning has always been professional and friendly in all interactions especially with my questions and addressing concerns when starting the rental process. The entire team at Raine and Horne Gosford have been fantastic to work with on all and any items from inspections to renewal of our current lease.
