Awful experience with this agency. Agent I dealt with was lazy and arrogant, all he wanted was a quick sale without regard for anything else. Judging by other reviews, this isn't an isolated experience.

As a rental tenant, I was very happy with the communication and prompt response to maintenance issues. As the owner of an investment property elsewhere, I’m impressed with the regular inspections they do to ensure the property is being looked after, as many other agency’s are not on top of this. Highly recommend to both tenants and owners looking for property management.

I have had an investment property managed by Raine & Horne Five Dock for the past few years. Fiona and Giuliana are both very helpful, proactive and when there is a problem I know it will be fixed. They are also very easy to get in contact with when you need to discuss something. I am very happy with the management of my property and highly recommend Fiona and Giuliana at R&H.

Sam doesnt want to work hard to achieve the best result, he wants the easiest quickest sale even if that means not getting the best price for his client. I would never sell with him after seeing how lazy of an agent he is. Try harder Sam!
