With all the works required from Solicitors, cleaning, painting, plumbing and electricians snap there fingers and were there to assist in preparing to rent out with all works completed within a week.

Pretty unextraordinary service from Sam Keenan, been in my new home 1 1/2 weeks, just realised no one had said congrats on your new home etc.
The only time I saw him excited was when he realised and commented out loud that he would get the commission instead of the listing agent.
