Patient, Knowledgeable and Communicative. We worked with Paul for almost 12 months, first getting advice from him about the processes involved and then preparing the house for sale. In September 2023 we were ready to put the house on the market and Paul worked with us on a marketing strategy and then facilitated the whole process. At each step of the sale process Paul communicated constantly regarding the progress of the sale, eventually advising us when he received an offer he recommended we take prior to a scheduled auction. We are very pleased with the result of the sale and compliment Paul on his professional knowledge and manner, and his excellent communications through the whole process.

I have sold several properties over the years and have often found agents to be typical salespeople - full of artificial politeness and only working in their own interests. They were honest and very straight forward. Although there were few minor issues which was not captured in the condition report, when pointed out they helped us to get them addressed.
