We were introduced to Mr Andrew Poulos, who we were informed, would be our property manager.
From that day we have been most pleased with Andrew's professionalism and the way he has gone about filling the property with GOOD tenants on good leases.
On the few occasions that there have been minor 'hiccups', Andrew has always made the remedy seamless. I have always been kept informed by either telephone or email regarding progress of the situation.

Luke Smith has to be one of the rudest and most childish agents dealt with.

I can't rate R&H Commercial because the Principal Nicholas Smith is so unprofessional and so busy that he doesn't return phone calls or emails. My sin is that I wanted to spend money in which R&H would earn a commission, but apparently Mr Smith is too busy to take my calls!
