My father's house was recently sold by auction. Out of the 3 real estate agents we spoke to, we chose Peter Ly from Raine and Horne to manage the sale. We were not disappointed. Peter differed from the other 2 agents in using an auction instead of looking at a database of builders and developers. This particularly pleased me because the auction enabled a broader range of buyers and gave the general public the opportunity to bid.
