Gave us realistic expectations, didn't try and fluff us up about prices and the like. Then went about doing open homes and marketing via his socials and website. When it came to finding our buyer he worked hard to make sure a fair price was met for both parties, and left us with us Sold sticker destined for the sign out the front. Couldn't be more happy with his service, confidence, honesty, hard work and real nature. If we could do it all over again we would choice Frank for our house sale and listing time and time again. Thankyou Frank. Helping to breakdown the stereotype and give honesty and fairness to agents when people making some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Made the whole process alot less stressful and gave reassurance to us the vendors.

BUYER BEWARE! I seem to have had a similar experience to other would be buyers on this review page. Like them, I made an offer that was accepted, engaged a solicitor and did a pest and building inspection. Whilst negotiating the final details of the contract given the pest and building results, I was sent an email stating a higher offer had been accepted and did I want to match it. Essentially, the agent Rowena Bendror took the opportunity to solicit new offers whilst I was investigating findings from the pest and building inspection. We are talking a matter of hours here, I had arranged to call her after 4pm to discuss final arrangements but before I could call, I got an email at 4.04pm saying bad luck, we are going with a higher bid. I know technically she did nothing wrong, no contract had been signed but there are such things as professionalism and behaving ethically, a decent way to treat people. Like other reviewers, myself and my family were left disillusioned and upset. Buying a family home is a major and difficult decision for most people. For Rowena, it seems it’s an exercise in maximizing her commission at the buyer’s expense. I am sure Raine & Horne will reply saying sorry, we did nothing wrong, we gave you the chance to bid higher, etc. I acknowledge all this, but it does not negate the fact that you acted in poor faith and essentially betrayed us. It may not be illegal, but it is wrong. Buyers beware when dealing with this agent and agency.

If you are looking for a rental property, this agency is one of the worst, I have ever dealt with. If you are not the best candidate, I guarantee you would never get an answer from them only except for advertisements or an 'it’s gone' email regarding your enquiry.

Reply - When I sent an enquiry, didn't get the answer for a few days, had to visit the office and asked again. They said it was available, so I sent my application. Didn't get the answer AGAIN for a few days. The reply for this review is even quicker than my previous enquiry which is super funny.

We are left upset and disillusioned. Our offer on a property was accepted in writing. We immediately engaged our solicitor, arranged to sign the contracts and pay the deposit that day and paid for a pest and building to be conducted. Then Rowena calls to say a higher offer has been accepted and are we interested in a counter offer. We are not interested in playing games. Let’s hope the new purchasers don’t have the tables turned in them as well. There are no guarantees it seems.

The agent, Rowena with Raine & Horne Bowral office, I found her to be professional and honest in every aspect of the sale, from beginning to end, kind and understanding. I can recommend them for selling and buying realestate with complete confidence and integrity.

Carolyn was fantastic to work with. From the first inspection she was very helpful, honest and knowledgable about the property, the area and the process. Since exchanging contracts Carolyn has continued to offer support and keeps us informed about the property. We certainly hope to work with Carolyn again.

Damien is an all round professional, his knowledge of the area was immense and all points were proven correct with the end result. Selling with Damien a stress -free and very rewarding process, every step on the way he was prompt and very informative ready for any question I had. The end result was astounding, a sale above what I thought was already a fantastic listed price. I will be using Damien in the future.

Changing my last review due to mix up, so sorry, Clair has been great she is so helpful and going above and beyond to help me find a property as I'm relocating from Sydney to the highlands, however after applying for a house that supposedly had no applicants, and urged to go have a look as it would be perfect for me, I drove over 1hr 45min to have a look then drive home put in application that day, waited for a response got nothing finally spoke to Clair 4 days later after I didn't hear anything all of a sudden someone put a application in. Said she would call me as soon as she knew something, waited then low and behold got a email saying I wasn't successful and good luck in your search then nothing, I really felt let down I felt I was built up that I had a great chance of getting the property. Very disappointed for someone that was so helpful in the beginning to sorry you didn't get it but good luck and then nothing, so If your looking for a property go to first national moss Vale Phoebe has not stopped helping me find a property she calls me puts forward properties to me happy to do videos for me to inspect as I'm still in Sydney and hasn't given up.

I've dealt with Raine & Horne both as a vendor and in a working/business relationship and I have found them to be excellent at what they do - they are professional, they know the market and they get results. I can highly recommend Raine & Horne Southern Highlands!

Good luck dealing with the Property Manager, Kayleigh Toovey at the Moss Vale branch. Fake invoices for work never done for their rental properties is something she specialises in. The most dishonest person I have ever had to deal with. I am not the only person to have this experience either. Don't know whether she pockets the money or whether the owner of this agency knows what she does. Anyway I would advise prospective tenants not to deal with Raine and Horne in the Southern Highlands.

This is without a doubt the worst agency I have ever dealt with, in three states over 30 years of renting. The property management team (Kayleih Toovey and Gillian Lepanskie) alternate between incompetence and outright dishonesty. The properties are poorly maintained and not as advertised, and if you are unlucky enough to sign a lease with them, expect to be on the receiving end of maintenance issues (that you will probably pay for), dishonest landlords, leases that are dishonored by both the agent and the landlord, and a general level of rudeness and disrespect that makes you wonder how they stay in business. If you are looking for a place in the Highlands, look elsewhere - there are plenty of other agents to choose from, representing the same properties, and not lying to their customers.
