Chris has been wonderful from viewing to handover of keys and property. She made the process simple and stress free. Staying in touch at each step and welcoming us to our new home answering any questions we had.

We have just secured a rental property through Raine and Horne Botany. I don’t usually write reviews but in this case it was necessary.
From the moment Chris showed us the property through to securing it we were shown impeccable standards of service. The whole process was without fault. Nothing was ever a problem and the team at Raine and Horne worked very hard behind the scene to make everything work.

I contacted Paul from Raine & Horne about details for a property in Botany hours after it went up online, then arranged viewing for my partner before its first open viewing. We requested contracts straight away and put in an offer above the price guide to show our keen interest. After the open, other people expressed interest and placed offers and Paul used our offer as a starting point for everyone else. Unfortunately because we had placed our offer before the open inspection Paul strangely didn't include us on the email list for final offers. Even after my partner called twice to find out what was happening. This meant that we were not included in negotiations and we missed out on competing for the property we had our heart set on. Our first home purchase. We are so disappointed in this outcome, and all down to an error not on our part. Finding an honest and reliable real estate agent is like finding a needle in a haystack it seems.

My property manager, Victoria Giampietro has been wonderful! Processed all of my paperwork and responded to me promptly and has followed with anything I needed to be fixed or repaired in a timely manner. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate for any changes necessary and has been consistent throughout. Very helpful and thoughtful. Thanks Victoria!:)

I had a terrible experience with this realestate. I called and spoke to Olivia for a private inspection of a property she said she would pass my details and organise a time for me to private inspect. A week later still hadn’t heard anything and the property had a deposit.

This isn’t the first time it has happened it happened about 6 months ago with another property, and just like the previous time I spoke to Olivia and never heard back.

Worst realestate I have ever come across.

About a month ago my partner and I purchased a property listed by Raine and Horne Botany. We had the opportunity to have Paul as the sales agent, and during the time of the showings and inspections he always showed to be honest, transparent and fair with both parties, he managed to effectively communicate our offer and intentions to successfully come to an agreement.
His response and attitude was exceptional at all times, to the extend that we decided to list for rent another property through them.
The rental team managed by Olivia totally exceed all our expectations, they managed this process which was new to us with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
