They are very good and helpful. They looked after us and forgave us for our all fault when we were at their house.

It's quite funny, myself as a tenant and my close friend as a landlord can both share similar experiences of frustration and displays of unprofessionalism. I understand this industry is subject to dissatisfaction but R&H Bondi take it to a whole new level, they're so difficult to contact and do not want to deal with reasonable concerns and requests from a tenant side. I look forward to relocating and hopefully will have a better experience with other agents.

A delightful experience
Hannan sold me my first apartment ten years ago and he was my agent when it came to selling the same one this year. He is professional with a can do attitude. Incredibly easy to work with. Nothing is a problem and I respect his advice and knowledge about the market. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Agent
It was an absolute pleasure working with Hannan on the sale of my property. His dedication, honesty and sense of humour made what could have been a very stressful process, one that was surprisingly enjoyable. The marketing campaign was fantastic, with a record number of parties through and a price at auction which was almost $300K over the reserve. Hannan understood the property and prospective buyers perfectly in selling this property. He was available and even guided the renovation efforts leading up to the showing. Would not hesitate to recommend.

From a tenant's perspective they are hostile, non-responsive, negligible and do people over for their bond. Ignoring the amount of times they had to be contacted to have issues addressed, they tried to take a large proportion of our bond without even checking the in-going condition report. After checking and agreeing that all damages were their prior to us moving in, they still refused to give us our bond back saying that $1000 was required for cleaning (even after we had paid for cleaners).

Dealt with many agents over the years, always had good relationships. From a tenants perspective found this service to be hostile, difficult to communicate with and not helpful. Not reasonable/ fair in their dealings with Exit procedures.
Industry is relationship based and would encourage them to take a long term / holistic view on tenants they deal with. Would prefer not deal with this agency moving forward and wouldn’t recommend.
